fermented hot sauce

We only have a few jalapeno plants, but they are crazy productive, and there are only so many dishes you can throw a jalapeno into. I decided to hunt for a recipe that used them in bulk, and since we have a few hot sauce lovers in our family, I settled on this fermented hot sauce, from Nourished Kitchen

It still has to ferment for about a week, so I'll let you know how it turns out!
