I've got my first batch of kombucha brewing on the counter right now. Our friend Kyler was kind enough to give us a scoby, and if I'm successful I'll be glad to stop paying nearly $4 for a bottle at the health food store! Indy will be glad too, since she loves "boosha." It's been on the counter for a few days and its starting to smell like kombucha so I'm hoping that's a good sign!
